Looking back at all these pictures makes me realize how crazy October and most of last year was! In between camping and halloween fun we still snuck in a few other fun things...
OhioMart at Stan Hywet...
The kids got really in to a kid-friendly needle point station. Hank is all boy, all the time, but sometimes he settles and finds interests in the strangest things and it absolutely melts my heart. I loved how in to this he was..
We also went apple picking and hiking with friends. The apple picking was slim, but we still had a lot of fun hanging out with friends.
Another sweet moment. Hank has been loving writing lately. I have loved watching him grow and blossom as a student. I don't know what changed but all of the sudden he loves learning and it is so, so, so sweet. Whenever he brings writing assignments home from school he jumps right into them and even asks to write things down when he doesn't have to!
And on top of all that we even snuck in a little soccer playing! The big kids played on the same team and while the league was super disorganized we had a lot of fun hanging out with friends and learning a bit about the game!
Last but not least... Lucy got to go to a good friend Sophie's birthday party. We've gotten to know Sophie's family from all the sports the kids have done together and Sophie even included Hank and June in the celebrations.
