March Happenings

March was a busy month - we had Lucy's birthday, Easter, a school carnival and a visit from friends! And in between, the we had lots of fun playing outside as the weather warmed up and playing with each other.

These two love each other... seriously... snuggles on the couch are a must after nap time or bed time :)
We got to have Lucy home for a whole week during spring break and I loved it.  I miss having her at home and am looking forward to this summer.  She is very mature and helps entertain the other two and helps direct their play.  On this day, an annoying mud puddle became hours of entertainment for these two...

And of course, the trampoline continues to be a favorite... I love the way they know June's limits and interact together.  These are some really sweet days as they play more and more with each other....

Lucy's school carnival...

Hank likes to wake June up from her nap or in the mornings.  This was mostly before she started coming out on her own (which happens all the time now).  He would hear her wake up and I would give him permission to go get her out of her crib.  This would usually result in the two of them playing and climbing on the crib...

Field trip with Hank's preschool... Music Together

Some random park/getting ready for the park photos...

And my little American Ninja Warrior... this kid seriously blows my mind.  He has no limitations when it comes to physical activity!

 One word... Jorts...

Sweet snuggles on the couch...
Hank did a semester of gymnastics... He said he didn't love it, but I always thought he looked like he was having fun.  He said it was for "babies"... so I wonder if a class that is a little more challenging would be better for him. He definitely has the talent and skills to be a great gymnast one day.

Court, Ian, Gavin and Hudson came to visit! We had fun shopping for Beth's bachlorette party while the guys installed a TV mount, going to church together and just hanging out!

We went to Chick-fil-a one night for dinner with friends and at one point we looked over and saw our kids, who were supposed to be playing in the play place, watching someone else's iPad through the window.  We started cracking up laughing... I guess that's what happens when you limit your kids TV time at home!

And last, we watched our friend Penny quite a bit over the past couple months and had so much fun having her over.  Here June is practicing "reading" to her.  She loved having Penny over, but sometimes loved on her a little too much!
